Return and Exchange Policy

To ensure comprehensive support for our valued customers, we offer the following return and replacement guidelines:

1. Return of Non-Defective Products (Buyer’s Discretion)

  • The buyer may request an exchange or return of intact, non-defective products purchased through the store, provided:
  • The product is in its original packaging and unused condition.
  • All included accessories, gifts, or free items are returned in their original state.
  • A valid purchase invoice is provided.

2. Return of Defective or Non-Compliant Products

  • The buyer may request an exchange or return if the product is defective or does not match the specifications advertised on the product page, provided:
  • The defect is not due to the buyer’s misuse or error.
  • All accessories, gifts, or free items are returned in their original condition.
  • A valid purchase invoice is provided.

3. Return Window

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of product receipt.

4. Refund Process / Price Difference

  • Refunds: The store will refund the payment within 3–14 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Exchanges: The price difference between the exchanged product and the new product must be settled.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Requested Returns (non-defective): The buyer bears all return, exchange, and shipping costs.
  • Store-Responsible Returns (defective/non-compliant): The store covers all return, exchange, and shipping costs after verifying the defect or mismatch.

6. Return/Exchange Request Review

  • For defective products, the store will inspect the item.
  • If the defect is due to the buyer’s fault (e.g., misuse), the store may reject the request or charge the buyer for damages.
  • If the buyer refuses to reclaim the product after rejection, the store reserves the right to dispose of the product 24 hours after refusal.
